Delivery & returns
Most of the items on our site are held in stock and will be delivered within in 5-7 working days. At busy times of the year, such as Christmas, delivery may take up to 10 working days. If you need your goods urgently, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to get goods to you by your required date.
If a product is not in stock or for any other reason, it or they can not be delivered to you within 30 days of the date of your order, we will contact you giving you details of the likely delivery date. If you would rather not wait, you will have the right to cancel your order at that time and a full refund will be given. Damaged or Defective Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us at no cost to you. Cancellation
The United Kingdom 's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
We will credit the price of the cancelled products using the original payment method.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Regretfully, we are only able to refund postage costs in the event of the goods being damaged.
