You can cancel your order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day after you received the products.

No matter how many items you order from us, you will pay only £3.95 for delivery to a mainland UK address.

We are happy to deliver outside of mainland UK, but may have to levy an increased delivery charge. Please contact us at info@oodlesoftoys.co.uk with any specific enquiries.

Goods will normally be delivered within 10 working days. If any item is out of stock, we will notify you and advise when the item is expected to be delivered. If the new delivery is not in line with your requirements, then we will give you the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

If you need the item for a specific date, please contact us on deliverydates@oodlesoftoys.co.uk and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.

Goods will despatched using the Royal Mail's First Class and Standard Parcels services or the Parcelforce Guaranteed 48 hour service. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post or not delivered in line with our Carrier's promises.
